How to View and Print Your Bank Statements
This guide explains how to sign in to online banking using a Windows computer,
view statements from the last 180 days, and print or save them as a PDF.
Step 1: Open Your Web Browser
On your Windows computer, open a web browser such as:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
You can find these in the Start Menu or on the taskbar.
Step 2: Go to the Online Banking Website
- Click the address bar at the top of the browser.
- Type the address of your bank’s online banking website.
- Press Enter on your keyboard.
Step 3: Sign In to Online Banking
- Enter your username or card number.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign In or Log In.
You may also need to enter a verification code sent to your phone or email.
Step 4: Open Your Account
- Locate the list of your accounts (Chequing, Savings, etc.).
- Click the account you want to view.
Step 5: View Statements From the Last 180 Days
- Find a menu option such as Statements, Documents, or Account Statements.
- Select Statements.
- Choose the statement date you want to view (within the last 180 days).
Your statement will open on the screen.
Step 6: Print or Save the Statement as a PDF
- Click the Print icon or press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.
- In the printer selection window, choose Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF.
- Click Print.
- Choose where you want to save the file.
- Click Save.
Tips
- If the print window does not appear, check that pop-ups are allowed for the banking website.
- PDF files are usually saved in your Downloads folder unless you choose another location.
