How to View and Print Your Bank Statements

This guide explains how to sign in to online banking using a Windows computer, view statements from the last 180 days, and print or save them as a PDF.

Step 1: Open Your Web Browser

On your Windows computer, open a web browser such as:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox

You can find these in the Start Menu or on the taskbar.

Step 2: Go to the Online Banking Website

  1. Click the address bar at the top of the browser.
  2. Type the address of your bank’s online banking website.
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard.

Step 3: Sign In to Online Banking

  1. Enter your username or card number.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Sign In or Log In.

You may also need to enter a verification code sent to your phone or email.

Step 4: Open Your Account

  1. Locate the list of your accounts (Chequing, Savings, etc.).
  2. Click the account you want to view.

Step 5: View Statements From the Last 180 Days

  1. Find a menu option such as Statements, Documents, or Account Statements.
  2. Select Statements.
  3. Choose the statement date you want to view (within the last 180 days).

Your statement will open on the screen.

Step 6: Print or Save the Statement as a PDF

  1. Click the Print icon or press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.
  2. In the printer selection window, choose Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF.
  3. Click Print.
  4. Choose where you want to save the file.
  5. Click Save.

Tips

  • If the print window does not appear, check that pop-ups are allowed for the banking website.
  • PDF files are usually saved in your Downloads folder unless you choose another location.
