As the entire world struggles with the COVID-19 pandemic, we know that all Canadians, including our customers are effected. As an immediate response in order to keep our employees and their families safe, we have moved our entire operation to being handled by remote workers only since March 16th, 2020. Our hours, phone systems and email addresses will remain unchanged by this.
As a leading online lenders for payday loans in Canada, we understand the need for quick and easy access to funds, while obeying the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) request of all Canadians to social isolate during these uncertain times. With our application process entirely online, our customers can easy access our services with the same ease and safety as before. As all of our locations are currently shut, you will not be able to visit in person for assistance or to drop off a cheque.

Yes! We will work with you as your income has changed, in order to avoid NSF fees and penalty interest. We will be reviewing files on a case-by-case basis, and will hope for you to make minimum payments within your ability to pay in order to keep in touch, and avoid the loan actually going into default. We hope to maintain in contact during this time, and as your income returns to normal, this will avoid NSF fees and penalty interest.
Yes! We have seen a large trend with customers in default that they do not wish to have any open debts with all of the uncertainty, and we are willing to help. We are willing to accept the original payment amount to settle your debt. That's right - we will waive your NSF fee and all penalty interest that has accrued. We want you to have less worries in this time and will work with you on this. Please contact our office to arrange your settlement payment, so you can focus on your family and your health.
